Bookings & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or our website. We offer flexible scheduling but reserve the right to amend or cancel bookings in the case of weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen events.

Pricing

Prices are quoted based on property size, accessibility, and service requirements. All quotes are provided prior to work commencement and must be confirmed before service is delivered.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service via invoice unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods. Please note, A £10 daily late fee will be applied for every day an invoice remains unpaid beyond 24 hours after the inspection date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Satisfaction & Quality

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the window cleaning, you must notify us within 48 hours of the service being completed. We will review the matter promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a return visit to address any issues. After this 48-hour window, we cannot guarantee that re-cleaning requests will be accommodated without additional charges.

 

Access Requirements

Clients must ensure our team has safe and reasonable access to all windows scheduled for cleaning, this may include arranging access to neighbours gardens or otherwise. Any obstructions may result in partial service or additional charges.

Liability

We are fully insured. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or glass

  • Damage resulting from restricted or unsafe access

  • Delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will resolve the issue promptly.

 

Changes to Terms
